Account email, preferred name, birth details you provide for astrology (date, time, place), optional personalization such as gender identity, pronouns, and relationship context, order and payment metadata from Stripe, and newsletter email if you subscribe.
We use your information to create and deliver personalized readings, process payments, send report emails, operate your account, improve reliability, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal data.
Core processors may include Supabase (auth/database), Stripe (payments), Vedika.io (astrology calculations), OpenAI (report language adaptation), Resend (email delivery), and our hosting provider. Each receives only what is needed for their role.
Profile and order records are retained while your account is active and as needed for fulfillment, legal, and accounting purposes. Report PDFs are stored in private storage. We apply access controls appropriate to sensitive birth and identity data.
You can update profile fields in your account, unsubscribe from the newsletter, and contact support for correction requests. Birth details may lock after an order for chart integrity — contact support if a correction is required.
